Wall Construction
Walls are laid with the Wall tool, one 5 ft segment at a time, each topped with battlements. A straight run across one 40 ft town tile takes 8 segments.
Blocks
In battle a wall is made of 5 × 5 × 5 ft blocks. Each block has its own hit points and hardness, so attackers must break through block by block. Gates are not built from these blocks; they have their own, tougher values (see Gates).
| Wall | HP per block | Hardness |
|---|---|---|
| Palisade (levels 1–4) | 40 | 10 |
| Stone (levels 5–20) | 56 | 15 |
A palisade module (5 × 5 ft, logs 10 in thick) counts as one full block. Each hit deals its damage minus the block's hardness (never less than 0), and a block is destroyed when it reaches 0 HP.
Terrain
Walls, like buildings and trees, block movement for every unit.
